Please note, you cannot fill this memorial statue yourself at home but is handmade for you by Jet. The figurines are the official figurines of Willow Tree on which a handmade mini urn made of glass, processed with cremation ashes or hairs, is mounted by means of a sturdy screw system. The cremation ashes will be melted into the glass. If you prefer to have hairs processed in the mini urn, the hairs will be processed intact in a hand-blown hollow mini urn made of glass. Photos shown show an example of what the memorial statue will look like. Please note that the mini urn of your figurine cannot be exactly the same because hairs can have different colors and the mini urn of glass is handcrafted. The colors of the glass mini urn are transparent with metallic gold. (and a visible processing of the ashes or hairs). After receipt of the cremation ashes or lock of hair, your memorial statue (and any remaining hairs or cremation ashes) will be returned to you within 8 working days via DHL parcel post. After placing your order of the chosen Willow Tree figurine with cremation ashes or hair processing, I will contact you by email to provide you with the shipping information. I hereby send you a free digital shipping label (only possible at Dutch addresses), with which you can send me a small amount of cremation ashes (2 thelipelts) or a lock of hair (about an amount of 1 pencil thickness of 5cm long is enough). For customers outside the Netherlands it is not possible for me to apply for this stamp, a foreign shipping stamp to send me the cremation ashes or lock of hair cannot be reimbursed. I would like to give you tips on how you can best send the cremation ashes or the lock of hair to me (also from abroad). The Dutch shipping label is a label for a DHL letterbox package that arrives directly at my place, and you can follow it by track and trace. You can hand in the letterbox package with the cremation ashes or the lock of hair free of charge at a DHL drop-off point within 5 days. In the information e-mail I will also explain the dimensions of the letterbox package and the nearest drop-off point in your area. A safe and trackable transport has always been guaranteed to date, but we cannot take responsibility if this unexpectedly goes wrong with the carrier. Of course it is also possible to deliver the cremation ashes or lock of hair by appointment to us in the showroom at Hoogakker 2E in Hapert.
